Founder, Sam Kinnaird started in the floor covering business back in 1968. In 1989, Sam, Jim Mudd and Merv Huber formed a new business and opened Sam Kinnaird’s Flooring.
We currently have 2 retail locations. The Middletown store is located at 12314 Shelbyville Road in the Middletown Plaza. You can now also find us back in Lexington at 3178 Richmond Rd in the Mist Lakes Plaza.
